Return Conditions

Incorrect Address or Uncollected Parcels

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • If a parcel is delivered to a logistics center due to an incomplete or incorrect address, BuyzoShop cannot be held responsible.
  • If the customer fails to collect the parcel within 8 working days after notification, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

  • Customers must notify us before returning any item.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within the first hour after being placed.
  • After this period, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, making cancellation unavailable.
